We've tried a number of organic and vegetaian restaurants while visiting Buenos Aires, but of course we keep returning to the only 100% organic restaurant that serves a raw gourmet menu: Buenos Aires Verde. Even my wife Tiffany who has sampled the cooked food at Verde and other restaurants agrees, their food is the best tasting food in the city, and is better than most of what you can find in the US. The culinary tradition in Argentina rivals France and Italy. The flavor bar is set really high in a place like B.A. no matter where you eat. You don't have to eat at the fanciest restaurant in the city to get an incredible meal.
